Mike Moorman

Founder & CEO

Mike Moorman has over 25 years of experience in JD Edwards solutions and enterprise technology. As CEO of ERP Suites, Mike is a visionary leader dedicated to driving innovation and exploring new technologies that help clients modernize and transform their business operations. With extensive consulting experience and deep cloud expertise, he helps organizations drive efficiency and long-term success.

Brandon Shondel

COO

Brandon Shondel has been with ERP Suites for 18 years and brings more than 20 years of experience working with JD Edwards environments and enterprise technology organizations. Prior to joining ERP Suites, he worked with IBM customers running JD Edwards.

As COO, Brandon provides leadership across customer success, managed services, application support, technical delivery, hosting operations, and corporate functions including finance, human resources, and legal operations. He works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP Suites delivers reliable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

Under Brandon's leadership, his teams bring deep expertise in JD Edwards CNC, data center operations, server management, enterprise architecture, and managed services.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys scuba diving, exploring new technologies, and working on AI and home automation projects. He spends much of his free time supporting his three children at sporting events and discovering great restaurants and local experiences with family and friends.

David Schenz

VP of Operations in Leadership

David Schenz is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading financial strategy, business operations, human capital initiatives, and enterprise technology programs. During his nine years at ERP Suites, he has played a key role in strengthening the company's managed services organization, optimizing internal platforms.

Prior to joining ERP Suites, David led SAP Finance transformation initiatives for organizations including Deloitte and Luxottica, where he helped guide complex financial system modernization projects and enterprise process improvements. While his ERP background began with SAP rather than JD Edwards, his experience in enterprise applications, financial systems, and technology transformation provides valuable perspective for organizations navigating business and digital transformation initiatives.

David holds degrees in Mathematics and Accounting from The Ohio State University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His professional credentials include the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification and SAP Certified Application Associate certification in Financial Accounting.

At ERP Suites, David oversees managed services, human capital, and internal business systems. He leads teams with expertise across JD Edwards CNC administration, database management, ServiceNow, reporting and analytics, recruiting, and human resources. Together, these teams help organizations maximize the value of their JD Edwards investments.

In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, David is passionate about talent development and organizational growth. He has presented to more than 500 executives on recruiting and top-grading methodologies and has served on nonprofit boards focused on poverty, labor, and health initiatives.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing classical and acoustic guitar.

Manuel Neyra

VP of AI and Products

Manuel Neyra joined ERP Suites in 2021 and brings more than 30 years of JD Edwards experience spanning software engineering, product management, product strategy, and AI innovation.

Prior to ERP Suites, Manuel held a variety of leadership roles at JD Edwards and Oracle, including Software Engineer, Software Architect, Development Manager, Director of Development, Director of Product Management, and Senior Director of Product Management. During his career, he helped build JD Edwards application modules and Oracle Business Accelerators, managed the worldwide JD Edwards partner ecosystem, advised customers on product strategy, trained Oracle sales teams, and led the JD Edwards Partner Co-Development Program.

At ERP Suites, Manuel leads AI strategy and product innovation, focusing on AI product vision, product roadmap, product development, and helping organizations define practical AI strategies for JD Edwards. His team specializes in AI technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, serverless technologies, DevOps, containers, and modern data platforms to deliver AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.

A recognized thought leader in the JD Edwards community, Manuel has presented at more than 20 combined Blueprint and Infocus conferences, 10 Oracle OpenWorld events, and numerous regional user groups around the world.

Manuel also holds Oracle JD Edwards Financials and Distribution certifications as well as an OCI AI Implementation Consultant certification.

Outside of work, Manuel enjoys traveling with his wife Patricia and their two children, Diego and Isabel. The family especially loves visiting beaches and recently explored five cities throughout Spain.

Mo Shujaat

VP of Advisory and Applications

With over a decade of consulting experience in various industries, Mo has expertise in implementing ERP systems, redesigning business processes, and designing system architectures. He is passionate about JDE tools and orchestrations to drive customers forward in their digital transformation journey.

Josh Tibbs

Senior Director of Technology in Leadership

Josh Tibbs has been with ERP Suites for 13 years and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in networking, infrastructure, collaboration, enterprise architecture, and application performance.

Josh specializes in technology and information security strategy, infrastructure operations, and enterprise security. His background in networking is supported by multiple Cisco certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) credential.

At ERP Suites, Josh leads teams responsible for the infrastructure that powers the company's hosting solutions while also overseeing security operations for both internal systems and customer environments. His teams bring deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, information security, hosting operations, and technology architecture.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys exploring new places and learning new things. He frequently travels in his Airstream trailer, visiting national parks and destinations across the country. He also enjoys working on a collection of project cars in his home workshop.
