The meetings are designed for Oracle JD Edwards customers. Oracle partners and vendors may participate through PLUG sponsorship programs. 

Every event varies, but you can typically expect 40-60 JD Edwards users, including customers and vendors.

PLUG meetings are ideal for ERP Managers, CIOs, IT Directors, JD Edwards Administrators, CNC Administrators, Developers, Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Finance Leaders, Operations Managers, and anyone responsible for supporting or improving Oracle JD Edwards.

PLUG membership is $100 per year for each customer company, and each membership allows your company to send as many people to meetings as you would like.

Meeting agendas vary throughout the year, but PLUG sessions focus on the latest Oracle JD Edwards innovations, customer success stories, and practical strategies for optimizing and modernizing your JDE environment.

PLUG typically hosts four meetings throughout the year, offering educational presentations, networking opportunities, and discussions focused on Oracle JD Edwards and related technologies. Three meetings are a full day of sessions with lunch. One meeting in the summer starts with learning sessions in the morning and ends with an event (baseball game, golf, social) in the afternoon.

PLUG meetings are hosted at venues throughout Wisconsin and the surrounding Midwest region, with locations varying by event. Most of the meetings are in Fond du Lac or Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
