Mike Moorman

Founder & CEO

Mike Moorman has over 25 years of experience in JD Edwards solutions and enterprise technology. As CEO of ERP Suites, Mike is a visionary leader dedicated to driving innovation and exploring new technologies that help clients modernize and transform their business operations. With extensive consulting experience and deep cloud expertise, he helps organizations drive efficiency and long-term success.

Brandon Shondel

COO

Brandon Shondel has been with ERP Suites for 18 years and brings more than 20 years of experience working with JD Edwards environments and enterprise technology organizations. Prior to joining ERP Suites, he worked with IBM customers running JD Edwards.

As COO, Brandon provides leadership across customer success, managed services, application support, technical delivery, hosting operations, and corporate functions including finance, human resources, and legal operations. He works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP Suites delivers reliable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions. 

Under Brandon's leadership, his teams bring deep expertise in JD Edwards CNC, data center operations, server management, enterprise architecture, and managed services.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys scuba diving, exploring new technologies, and working on AI and home automation projects. He spends much of his free time supporting his three children at sporting events and discovering great restaurants and local experiences with family and friends.

David Schenz

VP of Operations in Leadership

David Schenz is a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading financial strategy, business operations, human capital initiatives, and enterprise technology programs. During his nine years at ERP Suites, he has played a key role in strengthening the company's managed services organization, optimizing internal platforms.

Prior to joining ERP Suites, David led SAP Finance transformation initiatives for organizations including Deloitte and Luxottica, where he helped guide complex financial system modernization projects and enterprise process improvements. While his ERP background began with SAP rather than JD Edwards, his experience in enterprise applications, financial systems, and technology transformation provides valuable perspective for organizations navigating business and digital transformation initiatives.

David holds degrees in Mathematics and Accounting from The Ohio State University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His professional credentials include the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification and SAP Certified Application Associate certification in Financial Accounting.

At ERP Suites, David oversees managed services, human capital, and internal business systems. He leads teams with expertise across JD Edwards CNC administration, database management, ServiceNow, reporting and analytics, recruiting, and human resources. Together, these teams help organizations maximize the value of their JD Edwards investments.

In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, David is passionate about talent development and organizational growth. He has presented to more than 500 executives on recruiting and top-grading methodologies and has served on nonprofit boards focused on poverty, labor, and health initiatives.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing classical and acoustic guitar.

Manuel Neyra

VP of AI and Products

Manuel Neyra serves as Vice President of AI and Products at ERP Suites, where he helps organizations leverage artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and JD Edwards innovation to drive business transformation. With more than 30 years of experience in the JD Edwards ecosystem, including 26 years with Oracle, Manuel brings a unique blend of product strategy, technical expertise, and industry insight.

A recognized thought leader in the JD Edwards community, Manuel has presented at more than 20 combined Blueprint and Infocus conferences, 10 Oracle OpenWorld events, and numerous regional user groups around the world. His extensive background spans software engineering, product management, product strategy, and the global JD Edwards partner ecosystem, enabling him to help clients navigate modernization initiatives while maximizing the value of their enterprise technology investments.

Mo Shujaat

VP of Advisory and Applications

With more than 13 years of JD Edwards consulting experience, Mo Shujaat helps organizations navigate ERP modernization, process improvement, and digital transformation. As Vice President of Advisory Services at ERP Suites, he works closely with clients to design solutions that improve efficiency, support growth, and maximize the value of their technology investments.

Known for his expertise in JD Edwards tools and orchestrations, Mo is passionate about helping clients solve complex business challenges through innovation, automation, and strategic planning. He enjoys partnering with organizations to develop implementation roadmaps, optimize business processes, and create lasting business impact.

Michael Piloto

VP of EPM and Analytics

Michael Piloto joined ERP Suites in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise consulting and digital transformation initiatives across technology, finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to ERP Suites, Michael led Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practices at organizations including PwC, IBM, and Navisite, serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CIOs, and private equity-backed portfolio companies. His expertise is in helping finance and technology leaders use EPM solutions to turn data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Michael's team provides end-to-end EPM services, including implementation, upgrades, advisory services, and ongoing support. The team combines functional and technical expertise to help organizations maximize the value of their EPM investments.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and their dog, Sadie. He enjoys fishing, boating, coaching youth sports, and cheering on his children in football, wrestling, and soccer.

Josh Tibbs

Senior Director of Technology in Leadership

Josh Tibbs has been with ERP Suites for 13 years and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in networking, infrastructure, collaboration, enterprise architecture, and application performance. 

Josh specializes in technology and information security strategy, infrastructure operations, and enterprise security. His background in networking is supported by multiple Cisco certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) credential.

At ERP Suites, Josh leads teams responsible for the infrastructure that powers the company's hosting solutions while also overseeing security operations for both internal systems and customer environments. His teams bring deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, information security, hosting operations, and technology architecture.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys exploring new places and learning new things. He frequently travels in his Airstream trailer, visiting national parks and destinations across the country. He also enjoys working on a collection of project cars in his home workshop.

Frank Jordan

Director JD Edwards Technology

Frank Jordan brings 30 years of JD Edwards experience and will celebrate 14 years with ERP Suites in 2026. His JD Edwards career began in 1996 as a customer at Dana Corporation before moving into consulting roles with Mastech/Emplifi and later JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Oracle, where he served as a CNC consultant from 2000 to 2012.

At ERP Suites, Frank specializes in JD Edwards Configurable Network Computing (CNC), EnterpriseOne technology, orchestrations, artificial intelligence, and platform architecture. His expertise spans web and mobile technologies, Linux and Windows environments, IBM i (AS/400), Unix systems, and IBM mainframe platforms.

Frank is a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing 9.2 Certified Implementation Specialist and was involved in the beta testing and certification process for the credential. He has participated in more than 300 JD Edwards customer engagements and is co-author of Advanced Tuning for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Implementations. In addition to his technical expertise, he mentors and collaborates with multiple teams across ERP Suites, supporting CNC consulting, managed services, database operations, product development, AI initiatives, and sales and marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife of 36 years, two daughters, and grandson. He is an avid Disney traveler and enjoys creating elaborate Halloween and Christmas light displays.

John Blume

Director of Technical Managed Services

John Blume has been with ERP Suites for 9 years and has spent that time helping customers achieve success through managed services, technology operations, and enterprise support.

John leads the Managed Services team and focuses on customer success, service delivery, and incorporating artificial intelligence to help enhance productivity. His background in database administration has shaped his technology career and approach to solving customer challenges.

He holds Microsoft Certified Product Specialist (MCPS), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications.

John's team brings together the expertise of Service Delivery Managers, JD Edwards CNC consultants, database administrators, and the customer-facing Core Technology team. With 24x7x365 coverage, the team ensures customers have access to experienced professionals whenever they need support.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, sons, and two doodles. He also enjoys golfing and previously played ice hockey.

Eric Oss

Director of Technical Managed Services

Eric Oss brings more than 33 years of JD Edwards experience and over 11 years with ERP Suites. His career began with JD Edwards in 1993, where he worked across IT, development, customer support, and special projects, helping shape and support the technologies that would eventually evolve into modern CNC and enterprise infrastructure practices.

During his time at JD Edwards, Eric built and led a team responsible for creating and maintaining EnterpriseOne environments used internally to reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues. In 2000, he joined World Technology Systems (WTS), where he built the EnterpriseOne hosting and managed services practice from the ground up. As WTS evolved and merged with Velocity, Eric held a variety of leadership roles before joining ERP Suites in 2014.

At ERP Suites, his current focus is leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's data center migration initiatives. Working closely with Information Operations, IBMi, Service Delivery Managers, and CrossOps teams, he helps ensure successful infrastructure modernization while maintaining operational excellence and customer service.

Eric holds an ITIL V3 Foundations certification and brings deep expertise in core infrastructure, project planning, customer communication, and cross-functional leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys playing softball and spending time with his three children, who all play on his favorite team.

Renee Lorden

Director of Products

Renee Lorden has been with ERP Suites for 4 years and specializes in leading artificial intelligence initiatives and product development efforts that integrate with JD Edwards. She works closely with organizations looking to leverage emerging technologies to improve business processes and drive innovation within their ERP environments.

Before joining ERP Suites, Renee spent more than 24 years leading research and development teams and departments. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping individuals grow their skills and advance professionally. 

Based in North Carolina, Renee enjoys cooking and gardening. She comes from a large family with more than 75 first cousins and loves animals. One of her favorite experiences was helping find homes for 37 stray dogs. She also had a pet duck, Georgette, known for giving hugs.

Brian Connor

Director of JDE Security

Brian Connor brings more than 31 years of JD Edwards experience and has been with ERP Suites for nearly 5 years. He is a senior JD Edwards Security and Compliance Consultant with deep expertise in role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk management, and enterprise security architecture.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked across independent consulting, Oracle Gold and Platinum partner organizations, and enterprise IT leadership roles. His experience includes co-designing StartOut for ALLOut Security, leading more than 15 full-lifecycle JD Edwards security restructuring projects for global organizations, managing multi-instance JD Edwards environments with up to 1,600 users, and delivering compliance programs supporting SOX, FDA, and SEC requirements.

At ERP Suites, Brian specializes in JD Edwards security, Segregation of Duties analysis, and risk management. He helps organizations strengthen security controls, improve compliance, and align security architecture with audit and regulatory requirements. His combination of hands-on technical expertise, practice leadership, pre-sales support, and executive-level client engagement enables organizations to effectively balance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Brian holds ITIL Foundations, AOS Audit & Compliance Professional, and AOS Security Implementation Professional certifications. His team brings extensive experience managing complex JD Edwards security environments, including security assessments, reimplementation projects, compliance initiatives, and financial and operational risk management.

Outside of work, Brian has been married for 36 years and has six children and two grandchildren. He enjoys scuba diving, smoking meats, and stout beer.

Todd Miller

Managing Director of Advisory and Applications

Todd Miller joined ERP Suites in 2024 and brings 20 years of JD Edwards experience, beginning in 1998 as a finance lead on a Y2K project implementing World A7.3. Over his career, he has worked with clients across multiple industries, with a primary focus on industrial manufacturing, homebuilding, and construction.

Todd specializes in JD Edwards functional consulting, with expertise in financials, procurement, subcontract management, homebuilder, job cost, contract billing, time and labor, and service management.

His team provides application consulting and advisory services focused on helping customers maximize the value of their JD Edwards investment while identifying complementary third-party solutions that enhance overall business operations.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife have two adult children and enjoy traveling, especially to Disney.

Kevin Van Horn

Managing Director of Advisory Services

Kevin Van Horn brings more than 35 years of JD Edwards experience spanning implementation, product development, industry solutions, presales leadership, and enterprise transformation. Since joining ERP Suites, Kevin has focused on helping organizations leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to maximize the value of their JD Edwards investments and drive business innovation.

Kevin's JD Edwards journey began in 1991 as a customer, where he led the selection and implementation of JD Edwards software for Wheelabrator Technologies. Serving as project manager, he implemented Financial Management, Project Management, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, gaining firsthand experience with the operational challenges and opportunities organizations face when adopting enterprise software.

In 1994, Kevin joined JD Edwards as an implementation consultant and played a key role in developing the JD Edwards Homebuilder solution (System 44H). He worked with numerous homebuilding organizations to implement industry-specific ERP solutions and later expanded his expertise into construction, homebuilding, and facilities management. Following Oracle's acquisition of JD Edwards, Kevin advanced into presales leadership, helping organizations evaluate, design, and optimize ERP strategies while remaining a trusted advisor within the JD Edwards ecosystem for nearly two decades.

Kevin holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, combining deep technical expertise with a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, and organizational development. His unique blend of industry knowledge and enterprise software experience allows him to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod, and is a proud dad of his son, Jack.

Ivan Oss

Director of Project Management

Ivan Oss brings 30 years of JD Edwards experience and has been with ERP Suites for 4 years. His career began at JD Edwards, where he spent a decade supporting Product Version Control (PVC) environments used by the company's development and quality assurance teams. Starting as a technician and later advancing into management, he helped maintain the systems that supported JD Edwards product development and testing.

Following his time at JD Edwards, Ivan held a variety of service delivery and leadership roles with organizations including WTS, Velocity, Navisite, and now ERP Suites. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in enterprise systems, technical consulting, service delivery, and operational leadership within the JD Edwards ecosystem.

At ERP Suites, Ivan directs the Technical Consulting team and the Project Management Office. The technical consultants specialize in designing and delivering E1 systems that effectively support businesses. The project managers are experts at aligning ERP Suites resources to plan, develop and execute delivery of services to customers.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys riding fixed-gear bicycles and is currently building a shop. He also enjoys the wildlife that frequents the park and Cherry Creek area near his backyard.

Tony Turner

Director of Platform

Tony Turner brings more than 20 years of JD Edwards experience and nearly seven years with ERP Suites. His JD Edwards career began as a Manufacturing Analyst during a JD Edwards OneWorld implementation, where he led the deployment of inventory management modules and gained firsthand experience driving ERP transformation initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Tony advanced into enterprise leadership roles, serving as Director of Enterprise Systems for the Americas at two multinational organizations running JD Edwards. In these positions, he led teams responsible for application development, business analysis, and CNC administration, helping organizations optimize their enterprise systems and business processes.

At ERP Suites, Tony is responsible for the company's platforms strategy and operations. He leads efforts to support the internal systems used by ERP Suites personnel as well as customer-facing platforms, including ServiceNow and BigTime, ensuring the technology foundation that supports both employees and clients remains efficient, secure, and scalable.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys motorcycling and spent more than 25 years playing adult recreational ice hockey. He is also a proud Ohio State University alumnus and a dedicated Buckeyes fan.

Scott Volpenhein

Director of Marketing

Scott Volpenhein is the Marketing Director at ERP Suites, where he leads the company's marketing strategy, brand development, digital initiatives, events, and customer engagement programs. With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Scott is passionate about helping organizations discover the right solutions, services, and expertise to solve their business challenges.

At ERP Suites, Scott and his team focus on educating JD Edwards users and building trust through transparent, customer-focused marketing. His approach centers on helping prospective customers find honest answers to their questions, understand their options, and connect with the right experts.

Before joining ERP Suites, Scott worked at a digital marketing agency where he led digital advertising, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization initiatives for more than 140 companies spanning a wide range of industries and sizes. He also gained hands-on experience in the distribution industry while working for a leading foodservice and supply distributor, where he managed digital marketing programs, ecommerce growth initiatives, and marketplace expansion efforts. This background gives him a unique perspective on the operational and technology challenges many ERP Suites customers face.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, coaching youth sports, sometimes finishing DIY renovation projects, staying active through sports and outdoor activities, and traveling with his family and friends.
