JD Edwards Modernization
Modernization Isn’t a Technology Project. It’s a Mindset Shift.
Most JD Edwards customers have stayed current, but few have truly modernized. ERP Suites helps organizations transform the way they think about JDE, AI, automation, and operational change, so technology actually delivers business value.
Why Modernization Fails
Most ERP modernization efforts focus on software first. Technology is the easy part. Building a culture that embraces modernization is the hard part. The real challenges organizations face are:
Organizational resistance
Legacy processes
Siloed teams
Fear of change
Twenty years of “this is how we’ve always done it”
What Does Modernization Actually Look Like?
Modernization is:
- Reimagining business processes
- Creating organizational alignment
- Empowering users with better experiences
- Making ERP data actionable
- Enabling AI adoption
- Driving operational agility
- Building a culture of innovation
Modernization is NOT:
- Just upgrading tools
- Adding another dashboard
- Keeping systems “current”
- Replacing people with AI
- Repeating outdated processes with newer software
3 Ways to Get Started
Whether you're just beginning to explore modernization or you're ready to build a strategy for your organization, we offer multiple ways to help you take the next step. Choose the path that best fits where you are today.
The Culture of Modernization Series
The Culture of Modernization is a recurring 4-part virtual series focused on the real challenges behind JDE transformation.
This isn't a webinar or a networking event. It's an interactive series where participants work through the challenges of modernization together, applying concepts to their own businesses between sessions. Each 90-minute session builds on the last, creating a structured journey that explores leadership, change management, AI adoption, business transformation, and how to build a culture that supports long-term modernization. Because each session builds on the previous one, participants must begin with Session 1 and progress through the full four-part series together.
The series is led by Mo Shujaat and begins in October. It is designed specifically for JD Edwards leaders and execs, and participation is limited to six attendees to encourage meaningful discussion, collaboration, and personalized guidance.
Registration opens soon. The cost for the complete four-part series is $2,000.

JD Edwards Modernization Assessment
Every day, organizations hear that they should be modernizing their JDE, but have no idea how to actually do that. That's exactly why we have a JD Edwards Modernization Assessment.
While this assessment is designed specifically for JD Edwards organizations, it's about much more than JD Edwards. It's about understanding how your business operates today, identifying what's holding you back, and building a strategy that aligns modernization initiatives with your business goals.
You can't modernize your business without first understanding it.
