At its core is a standardized agent framework that enables AI agents to interact with JD Edwards securely. The platform leverages Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and supports multiple LLM providers, giving organizations flexibility without being tied to a single AI model.
Agents are deployed as containerized applications within secure OCI environments. Deployment, provisioning, and infrastructure management are automated through Terraform and managed through a centralized control plane, enabling consistent deployments and streamlined operations.
Using technologies such as LangGraph, vector stores, and enterprise integrations, agents can perform multi-step workflows, access business context, and interact with JD Edwards and other enterprise systems. A centralized agent registry manages agent versions, configurations, and deployments, while monitoring and observability tools provide visibility into agent activity and platform performance.
