AI Built for JD Edwards Homebuilders
ERP Suites is bringing AI directly into the JD Edwards processes homebuilders rely on every day. Our purpose-built AI Agents are designed around real homebuilding workflows, helping teams work smarter across community intelligence, model and option configuration, bid management, and more.

The Business Value of Homebuilder Agents
Silent Failures
Catch what JD Edwards won’t flag.
Identify missing pricing, unbuildable lots, overstated accruals, and other issues that can look perfectly normal in the system until they create a problem downstream.
Margin Fidelity
Get a more accurate picture of what each home actually earns.
Identify outdated or unnecessary ETC amounts that can understate margin, helping finance teams recognize costs and margin more accurately as homes move through close.
Controlled Autonomy
Decide what AI can do and what stays with your team.
Set the level of autonomy by action and by company, with sensitive pricing and financial decisions requiring human review and approval.
Meet the Digital Workers Built for Homebuilding
ERP Suites has developed AI Agents specifically for the workflows behind JD Edwards homebuilding. These digital workers take on time-consuming work across community setup, buyout, and closing, helping your team process information, catch exceptions, and keep work moving while your people stay in control.
Community Intelligence Agent
The Community Intelligence Agent transforms the documents you already use to plan a community into structured, usable data in JD Edwards. It reads site maps, architectural documents, plans, and other community information to understand phases, plans, options, and lots. Then it helps build out the structure and Lot Master without weeks of manual setup and data entry.
Turn Community Data Into Something You Can See
The Community Intelligence agent transforms information extracted from site plans and community documents into an interactive digital map. Your team can see lots, attributes, spatial relationships, and site details in one place, making it easier to validate information and understand the community without digging through rows of data.
Digital Site Map Dashboard ->
Know What You Can Build and What Each Lot Is Worth
Once the agent understands the community, it can bring together lot dimensions, plan dimensions, community rules, and site constraints to determine which plans and options can physically be built on each lot. It also identifies lot characteristics that may influence premiums, helping your team understand the potential value of each lot before decisions are made.

Dashboards for Every Step of Community Setup
Explore the additional dashboards that help your team track community setup, review extracted data, manage rules, and approve the agent’s work.
Bid Upload Agent
The Bid Upload Agent turns complex vendor bids into structured, usable pricing in JD Edwards without the manual data entry. It reads bids in multiple formats, maps pricing to the correct trades, plans, elevations, and options, and helps manage updates and expiring pricing, giving purchasing teams more accurate, complete cost information while keeping them in control of what moves into JD Edwards.
See What’s Missing From Your Base House Costs
The agent checks that every trade has valid pricing across each applicable plan and elevation. When coverage is missing, it identifies the gap and shows how much it could be understating the expected cost of the homes.
Base House Coverage Dashboard ->
Reduce the Bid Lines Your Team Has to Maintain
The agent identifies where pricing can be applied across multiple plans, elevations, or options using JD Edwards wildcards. It recommends a more efficient bid structure that can turn thousands of repetitive lines into a much smaller set for your team to maintain.

More of What the Bid Upload Agent Can Do
Beyond the two dashboards above, the Bid Upload Agent supports the bid process from initial submission through ongoing pricing maintenance.
Home Closing Agent
The Home Closing Agent helps bring the closing process into one place, monitoring activity and identifying what needs attention as homes approach close. It helps automate repetitive financial work around accruals, reserves, and profit recognition while keeping your team in control of approvals and financial decisions.
Automate the Closing Worksheet Process
The agent monitors incoming settlement statements, extracts the closing information, and matches each document to the correct home. It validates the proceeds against the Closing Worksheet in JD Edwards and flags missing documents or mismatches for your team to review.
Settlement Intake Dashboard ->
Let the Agent Prioritize Your ETC Review
The agent reviews ETC lines for each closing and recommends which can be reduced to zero, retained, reviewed, or escalated. Each recommendation includes a confidence score and supporting reasoning, while higher-risk decisions remain with your team.
<- ETC Worklist Dashboard

Homebuilder AI Agents Explained
Do the digital workers work with JD Edwards Homebuilder Management?
Yes. These digital workers are designed specifically around JD Edwards homebuilding processes, including workflows and data associated with Homebuilder Management (System 44H).
Do AI agents run in our JD Edwards environment?
No. AI Agents run in a secure Oracle Cloud environment managed by ERP Suites, with isolated compartments per customer. They interact with JD Edwards using native integration patterns, so you get enterprise control without deploying AI infrastructure internally.
Is this a custom AI build or a SaaS offering?
This is a managed, SaaS-style offering. Agents are pre-built and production-ready, not custom models developed inside your environment.
Can our team review or override what the AI agent recommends?
Yes. Human review and approval can be built into the workflow, with recommendations, approvals, and overrides captured for traceability.
What happens if an agent encounters an exception?
Agents escalate exceptions for human review rather than forcing a decision, ensuring control is maintained.
How do AI agents integrate with JD Edwards?
Agents use proven JDE integration patterns such as Orchestrator and AIS, along with other trusted methods where appropriate—no screen scraping or bolt-on tools.
Can the AI agents work with documents and information outside of JD Edwards?
Yes. The agents can work with information from sources such as plan sets, vendor bids, spreadsheets, closing documents, and other supporting data, then use that information as part of a JD Edwards workflow.
Can ERP Suites build other digital workers for different homebuilding processes?
Yes. Our current digital workers address three specific areas of the homebuilding lifecycle, but they aren't the limit of what we can build. If your team has another manual, repetitive, or data-heavy process, we can work with you to design a digital worker around your specific workflows and business needs.
